So I've been playing around with the idea of blogging for a little while, always coming to the conclusion that I love to journal, however I don't necessarily want people to read my every though. But since I spend more time on the computer these days, it makes sense to stop in here and record something.
These days are so precious. My two small boys, me studying, learning and evolving into the NEW ME....hence the title. It just feels like it's all flying past and that it is something I'm going to want to look back on.
If anything it can just be somewhere for me to mark my kids milestones and vent my feelings.
So today I have spent re arranging the house. I finally have a room to myself having moved Tobias in with Miles. Having extra room without the cot, I have moved my desk into my room, giving myself a desperately needed private study area.
I also created a playroom/area for the boys by rearranging the living area. It just means all the toys/mess is behind me or the seating area and it somehow feels tidier and less chaotic. The energy in the boys bedroom is also a lot calmer without the toy shelves in there and suprisingly they both settled really quickly at bedtime.
Anyway, we'll see how it pans out. No doubt we'll all be cuddled up in my bed by morning time!
